Very poor joints

Used the tent 2 times and after the second trip the tent got wet, so when I got home I went to set it up to air out and as it stood up the whole tent crumbled to the ground. So I looked at why and found every cheap plastic joint broke and the nut and bolt fell out! Highly disappointed in the quality of parts used.

Poor joint design

We've only used this tent 3 times set it up 4 times and one of the joints completely failed and on inspection all 4 of them have signs of failure so far I can't find a way to contact the company to see if I can get replacements or if there is a new design or something.

Joints don’t last

We have only used this tent a total of 4 times . Not 3 years, 3 set ups. And on the 3rd time plastic parts started coming out of one the joint covers on the 4th the joint was completely broken and had to be duct taped together. We are camping right now and don’t know how it will come down. We don’t know if it’s repairable.
